Project Brief & Planning
Clarity is the foundation of success. We synthesize our discovery sessions into a formal brief, including a full asset outline, itemized budget, and delivery schedule. By mapping out every detail early, we ensure the rest of our partnership is focused entirely on creative excellence.

The Design Phase Begins
This is where the spark becomes a reality. Once the initial 50% deposit is settled, we explore three distinct design directions. These concepts aren't just pretty pictures—they are strategic solutions tailored to your specific goals and audience.

Feedback & Refinement
Feedback is a vital part of every stage in developing your brand. Once we present the initial design concepts, we gather your insights to select the strongest direction. From there, we refine your chosen design into a final, polished mark. Following this selection, we issue the second of three invoices (a 25% payment) before proceeding to the final production phase.

Three Rounds of Revisions
We’re committed to getting it right. Every project includes three dedicated rounds of revisions to refine and enhance your chosen design. This collaborative process ensures the final result is a perfect, seamless fit for your brand.

Final Payment & Delivery
Once the final design is approved and the remaining 25% payment is cleared, we deliver your full suite of assets. From digital to print, you’ll have everything you need to launch. Best of all, we offer lifetime file backups, so as your business grows, your original files are always just an email away.
