How do I set up a payment plan?
When starting a project with us, we will ask if you would like to pay by a single invoice, milestones, or a payment plan. If you select Payment Plans, we will automatically set it up for you from the get-go to make the process as simple for you as possible.
Can I change to a payment plan once a project has started?
If you select one of the other payment methods, you can easily request to switch over to a payment plan at any time, free of charge.
What happens if I miss a payment?
Nothing, there are no late fees or charges made to your account or bank, so no need to worry about it affecting your credit score as long as you don't miss the final payment deadline. If you are having financial issues, please let us know, and we will be happy to work with you and pause your payments or see what else we can do to help.
What is the final payment deadline?
Every project has a payment deadline, which is when the full amount of the project needs to be paid off. If the payment is not made by this date, a 5% fee will occur, invoicing the total amount at the start of each month. This deadline is agreed upon by both the client and designer before the project has started. For payment plans, the deadline is typically 12 to 24 months from the project start date. However, longer periods and extensions can be made. If you are having financial issues, please let us know, and we will be happy to work with you, pause your payments, or explore other options to assist you.
Can I change the frequency and amount?
Yes, you can. You can easily change how frequently and the amount you pay each installment with no fees.
