Challenge:

Develop branding for a ecommerce fulfilment company. One that fills like it connects everyone together, creating a far playing field for other to develop and deliver products globally.

The Outcome:‍

Resalted in a brand design that blow expectations. Creating a brand that, even tho is new, fits in but at the same time fills fresh, colourful and stands apart from it's competitors all while creating a scenes of connections.

PHASE ONE

Strategy & Approach

DEVELOPING THE STRATEGY

Over a one-day facilitated session, we meet with the client, Fulfill My Order and we set out to surfaced the challenges, they, as a company faced. In the process, they prioritised the needs and goals of the business and its customers.

DEFINING THE BRAND

Through a series of exercises in the strategy session, we were able to extract and refine the key pillars of the brand. This defined the brand’s personality: how it should look, sound, and act. Defining who they are as a brand and who they want their customers to be. This became the foundation for the branding and marketing plans for 2021 and onwards.

UNDERSTANDING THE USERS AND POSITIONING

Fulfill my Order, sits within a crowed marked of not only ecommerce company but also general fulfilment company. It's important to define and narrow down there end target users to better help design and brand and product around them. We created unique user profiles to represent the range of attendees. This painted a clear picture of their demographics, psychographics, needs and wants.

The reasoning behind this, is it helps us create a brand that is designed around the customer and there needs.

PHASE TWO

Brand Refresh

A new look

The end result of the logo created a design that shows the brands key pillars with connecting people online to ecommerce fulfilment company two ways.

The first with the text used in the logo where it's all one word, being connected and secondly with the logo mark where the circle represent the different fulfilment company and departments and the dots are being connected to show the ecommerce order being fulfilled.
