Pilates Bitesize is an on-demand Pilates video streaming service with a mission to help anyone improve their posture and increase their strength and flexibility through Pilates.

Outcome

In Japan, there is a market gap for people wanting to learn Pilates. However, most Japanese people don't have the time to visit a studio, and the high costs associated with continuing classes make it difficult. Pilates Bitesize addresses this by being the first on-demand Pilates streaming service in Japan, targeted at everyone, not just training teachers.
